Complaint Review: TACA AIRLINES GRUPO TACA

On May 16 when traveling to Guatemala vi El Salvador with 3 other friends

we found ourselves in big trouble at the Taca couter at LAX.

They were in the process of updating their system and had to ck everyone by hand, so we miss our flight,Luis the guy who was writing the boarding pases by hand said not to worry we could take next flight and was going to be a direct one; well we waited and waited some more, finely he had a meeting with a sup.
and she decided we could not go direct with out paying $100.00 each.

so we paid the $100.00 for the change of flight and by now the flight was full. we could not go either.

So we took the next flight that went via El Salvador anyway; and we did not get our money back,no manager to talk to no one they rushed us to the plane and no refung.

We wrote to Taca and complaint but there has not beeng a response.....Please Don't Fly Taca!!!!!
