I saw an add on Facebook for an Ibex mug stated you just pay 6.95 for your mug. I ordered it on July 5th they took the money out of my account. Then on July 20th they took 39.99 out of my account. When I got connected to them they said that it was a trial for the mug and that's why I was charged. I informed the service person that I felt they were doing false advertising and I wanted to return the mug. They said we can give you a discount. I said no just let me return it. They then gave me a return number and said it had to be returned within 15 days. I sent in through the USPS and according to the tracking number it was delivered on July 20. I still have not been reimbursed.
