On end of feburary I got suspended and I was never informed being fired.

In the end of Feburary 25th, I was the closing manager. Me and an employee were horse playing it was nothing serious until. I boby slammed her and she hit her face. She was laughing until she saw her face. I called My general Manager and told him about it. On Sunday I was suppost to go work but he told me that I was suspended until further notice. It almost 2 month now and I still havent been informed what was going to happen. Rather I still have my job or anything.

I figured I would know something by now. I know it was being ivestigated. I even called Martin Riggs to see if I had my job or not but he never contacted me. What I dont understand is why havent anybody called me to tell me that I was fired or anything. I have a right to know. There is alot of thing in that company that isnt right. At one time a manager in charge was missing 2 deposits and nothing was done about it.

All she had to do was pay them back. and another time there was 500.00 dollars missing under a register that they found but it never came out on the camera and thats because the camera was directed on the register but nothing came out. Which is very wierd. Ive work for taco bell for 5 years and never had a problem before. But what really got me was that nobody ever called to tell me that I was fired or anything and I think I had the right to know.

I would not...could not...put up with people such as this who have the IQ of a turnip.

You body-slam someone (employee or not) at the place of business? Are you insane, or completely devoid of any common sense whatsoever? Even without the slam, horseplay in that type of setting is simply idiotic. Not much room, many corners to get hurt on, water on the floor...I could go on and on. And after all the horseplay, you go and prepare food for people? How would I know you've washed and sanitized your hands after said horseplay?

If I were the victim or a parent of the victim (depending upon the age of the "slammee"), losing your job would be the last thing you would be worrying about. I'd be suing you, no questions asked. And Taco Bell's parent company could be sued as well...did you think of that? Oh, sorry....silly question on my part.

If you were that blatantly stupid to have done something as this, you deserve everything you have coming to you. And more.

"On end of feburary I got suspended and I was never informed being fired."

Read on...most people would have figured it out on their own.

"Me and an employee were horse playing it was nothing serious until. I boby slammed her and she hit her face."

Strike one.

I called My general Manager and told him about it. On Sunday I was suppost to go work but he told me that I was suspended until further notice."

Duh.

"It almost 2 month now and I still havent been informed what was going to happen."

You've been fired, genius.

"I figured I would know something by now."

Duh.

"I know it was being ivestigated."

Investigate what? You violated every tenet of responsible behaviour in the workplace, resulting in a subordinate being injured. It's on video. Are you from this planet?

"I even called Martin Riggs to see if I had my job or not but he never contacted me."

Seriously?! You actually think you still have a job there? Really?!

"What I dont understand is why havent anybody called me to tell me that I was fired or anything."

I'd guess 99.999% of the people from Earth would have figured this one out for themselves by now. How is your interplanetary visit going?

"I have a right to know."

YOU'RE FIRED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And just so you know...It was WITH cause. You cannot collect unemployment.

"There is alot of thing in that company that isnt right."

Does it include screwing around and injuring employees?

"But what really got me was that nobody ever called to tell me that I was fired or anything and I think I had the right to know."

I've been put in charge of your case. YOU ARE FIRED!!!!!!!
