Purchased a new Suzuki Boulevard motorcycle from this dealer in March 2005. Over the next few days and weeks, noticed a variety of defects, missing parts, loose fasteners, misrouted cables, and setup-related damage. Brought matters to attn of sales dept, was advised to mention issues at upcoming initial service appt and they would be resolved.

Service was performed but dealer service dept
deferred all issues to manufacturer, including dealer setup-related. Contacted manufacturer, who referred me back to dealer. Dealer service dept again pointed finger at manufacturer, and also dealer's own sales dept. In addition, accused me of being dishonest and claimed some problems did not exist. Refused to answer direct questions about discrepancies between the way the motorcycle was adjusted for delivery vs.
post-initial-service.

The day after the initial service, the rear brake failed. The dealer repaired the brake but did not make a serious attempt to expedite the repair, and did not communicate well. Contrary to the evidence that the brake was adjusted improperly the day before, the
service dept treated the cause as a mystery. Service dept claimed the motorcycle was test-ridden after the initial service, but obviously their test procedures are inadequate.

After the brake repair, the dealer did not offer written documentation of the work performed, calling their ethics into question.
