Tactical Wholesalers Refused to accept return of a product that did not meet my needs once received Internet
Purchased a digital night vision scope that turned out to be very heavy and did not fit well on my synthetic rifle. I attempted to return the scope and was refused, stating that because it had been mounted, they would not take it back. Over $500 scope, works perfectly fine, but didn't meet my needs. Terrible company unwilling to stand behind their products. In addition they threatened me with legal action if I posted negative reviews! Their shipping was slow, taking nearly 2 weeks to get the item, since they shopped it UPS requiring a signature for delivery. I had to callUPS and pay a fee in order to get it left at a UPS location so i could sign for it. How do you expect a single employed human being to sign for a package? Not all working adults have wives sitting at home.
