Tahiti Village Las Vegas consilidated resorts/ Soleil Management 60% increase is Unfair and excesive for HOA COST; Las Vegas Nevada
In 2007, I purchased a week of vacation timeshare at Tahiti Village - Los Vegas (2Bd Royal Tahitian) floating yearly and the HOA was around $598.00. Now after so many years it is at $876.00.
I can go on a week vacation/ cruse with the $876.00 in addition to the 18% I am paying for the financing (No body wants to refi this) paying $450.00. is it worth putting $$ in this and have an HOA of $1000.00 next year and so on. Can any one help to stop the increases or at least investigate. THERE IS MORE I WANT TO SAY ,but....
