I was ripped off by Foreclosures.com Alexis's the guru was a waste of money and she seems to want to hit you up everywhere you turn. They have stoped returning calls and I have talked with at least 15 people with same problems and plan on contacting CA Better Business Bureau (BBB), A.G and the Federal Trade Commission stay away from foreclosures.com

I personally have researched every sale to a person in Monrovia, CA... I can not find you. I want to make it right by you, please send your phone number and contact information to me @ timo@foreclosures.com or call me direct 916.860.1166.
Foreclosures.com has a very strict policy of returning money to anyone who is disgruntled and feels they did not get value for their purchase.
We only have 5 people here (all except one who has been with us for 10 years) and none of them can recall a person with the problem you vaguely describe.
Maybe you could write what exactly you purchased from us and how you feel it did not measure up?
