I was supposed to get access to the "How I make money online” Facebook page. I tried repeatedly to remedy these problems with very little help from customer support. There customer service line is a recording. When I contact customer support online they tell me they have already refunded my money which they have not. I have sent them my receipt many times with no help. I now am lock out of all programs with nothing to show for my hard earned money. I just want a refund which seems to be impossible on my own. I have requested a refund from tailopez.com. They advertise there program as money back guarantee. I have tried repeatedly to get my $497 back to no avail. I did not get what I was promised. I did not get mentor calls or added to the Facebook page. I tried to fix these problems through customer support and calling the help line. There phone number is a recording which I have left numerous messages for a call back. Online customer support states I’ve already been refunded which is not true. I keep sending emails to them for help but getting nowhere.
