 STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. They are scammers and BS'ers. They always advertise on Craigslist for dog walkers and they act all nice at the coffee place they meet you at, and then when you work for them they ONLY want to communicate with you via text or email (and by the way, their communication sucks). So if you try to call them to sort something out they ignore it. They leave you with empty promises so you don't look for another job and they don't follow through on ANYTHING they promise you. Then they have the nerve to talk behind other dog walkers backs to you, and judge their work ethic and character, but these people are total shady characters themselves. They're a younger couple (38-40) and they get mad if you have a family emergency and can't cover the dogs. They'll name you BY NAME on Yelp and call you out if you had an emergency when they reply to a negative review that was left, due to your emergency. You have to wait for their "ok" before you tend to your emergency, whatever it may be. I'm sorry, but dog walkers/sitters are HUMAN BEINGS. They treat all the walkers/sitters like crap and they are the most selfish-immature employers you'll ever meet. DO NOT WORK FOR THEM. TOTAL TIMEWASTERS. Nothing but a headache and BS.

 Whaaaaat BS. The person who responded is the same immature "manager" in her 20s that her "bosses" Matt and Randa talk about behind her back stating she's not capable of being a manager. She's paid to lie for these crooks who treat their walkers like garbage and who DON'T follow through on ANYTHING they promise. So, they're just liars and scammers to better their business. I hope they're reading all of this because they know that they're all BS and deserve no respect, since they don't give respect. Read the rebuttles on Yelp. They call out other walkers like the rude immature jerks that they are. Let's see someone treat them or their kids like how they treat their employees. Bunch a hypocrites.

I would just like to say that I have been working for Tailchasers,Inc for about a year now, and the owners, Matt and Randa have treated me with nothing other than respect. I have read recent accusations that they do no not treat their employees fairly and are not good people. This is simply not true. Matt and Randa run a petsitting business, while raising a family. Yet they still manage to take the time to build a relationship with each employee and do their best to accommodate their situations. When I started working for them as a single mom nursing an infant, they were willing to work with my crazy schedule, giving me the opportunity to earn money for my family. Often times when a dog walker calls out sick, Matt himself is the one who covers all the walks for that person. Not until recently did they have substitute pet sitters or dog walkers. They hired a few subs because they want to accommodate employees who are sick or have an emergency. Anybody who knows anything about the pet sitting business knows that this is not an easy job, and you have to work rain or shine, in the heat and in the freezing cold. Is it an easy job? No. Is it a job for everybody? No. But it is a rewarding job. It is rewarding knowing that you are making an animal's day brighter, which in turn is making a family happier. And that is truly what the owners of Tailchasers have a passion for: helping others, whether human or animal.They do not ask any employee to do anything that wouldn't do and have not done. I also know for a fact that all of the employees at Tailchasers make a higher percentage of money than is recommended for pet sitting business owners. Why? Because Matt and Randa feel that their employees are worth more than that! Are they perfect? No. Nobody is. But can you even imagine raising young children, caring for your own pets, and running a successful business and answering the hundreds of emails and text messages they receive daily? I know I cannot, but Matt and Randa do their best to make all of that happen. And are pretty good at it, considering how many happy clients and employees they have.
