I placed an order in January hoping to get it before the Superbowl. My credit card was charged at time of purchase. After 3 weeks I e-mailed the company to ask them where my item was; no response. I have e-mailed and faxed them several times since then without a response. It's not that much money, but I still want a refund for something I never received.
