Ken Wright with Tailgator Tobys ripped me off for $40,000 for his scam food truck business. When I tried to cancel in the 90 days he asked me to wait because he was having some financial issues. Promised on several occactions to repay the money. After sending a demand letter I got a nasty letter from him telling me to try and sue him that his son is a attoney in texas and it would cost more to sue him then I would ever get back. He travels the trade show cercit for franchises but he does not even have a franchise licience. He hids behind the fact that he is selling a territory. He has ripped of several people doning this. Never providing the truck or the business plan to you after he make you pay to travel to a three day training where he lies to you about the number of trucks he has opperating and the number of liciences he has in opperation.
He lies about the account he has and is also trying to scam people into believing he is now going into the brick and morter with the Tailgator Toby BBQ store fronts. He is nothing but a scam artist. It is my understanding that he has scammed several people out of thousands. He is being sued by several people. Alll the staticitcs information and company information is a big scam so dont fall for his line. He should be in jail for fraud at this point. I have several documents of support my claims and have others names as well who have been scammed by this con artist. Do not fall victum to this guys story. He is a lier and faud. The last time I heard he was living in Iowa but if you check him out he has lived in colorado and texas as well.
