While recently playing in one of Take 5 Free Slots (on Facebook) game rooms 5 of us became aware of an error occurring frequently whereby a wheel would appear, the wheel would spin and prizes anywhere from 20 to 500 times ones initial bet would be paid out.  The problem with the wheel is that the company states that everyone is to play the wheel and everyone shows up on the wheel.  Sometimes however the individual does not know that they have won and they are not awarded the payout as the wheel did not show up on the individuals game board.  Take 5 Free Slots was contacted by all 5 players during a recent gaming session as this had not happened in the past that the players were not seeing the wheel on their individual page.  Take 5 Free Slots refused to accept any responsibility for an error in their game.  Their response was that it was individual performance - i.e. basically that all 5 players had computer problems.  They refused to reimburse for lost payout winnings.

Two individuals contacted Take 5 Free Slots more than one time and even forwarded screen shots, conversations and proof of the errors occurring in the tournament.  They were repeatedly denied reimbursement of any winnings which were initially not paid out to them.  One individual advised that they were going to contact their credit card company due to failure on the part of Take 5 Free Slots to correct the error and accept responsibility for their game misfunctioning.

One individual went so far as to contact their credit card company to advise of bugs within the game which cost them not only the coins they had purchased with their credit card to play in the tournament as well as the earning which Take 5 Free Slots refused to reimburse them due to the game bug.  Their credit card company advised that this was theft on the part of Take 5 Free Slots and reversed the credit card charges as erroneous.

Upon reversal of credit card charges Take 5 Free Slots has not only taken a hold of the individual players Facebook game account but has repeatedly removed coins from that individuals account each time the individual has any winnings - assumably in an effort to pay back reversed credit card charges.

Many of the high level players have since quit the game due to corrupt gaming practices on the part of Take 5 Free Slots. A group of players got together to request in game changes to which Take 5 Free Slots has refused to make or even listen to.

Game Alert - do not play this game if you expect an above board game, a gaming company that is fair to its players and accepts responsibility for game errors and listens to suggestions of its players.
