Take Shape For Life BIG Ripoff! Doesn't return money! 11444 Owings Mills, Maryland
What a ripoff company! I tried the "Take Shape For Life" program and it is awful. I saw this program advertised in my doctor's office (beware, the doctor's wife is the "health coach" for the program) and he recommended it to me.
The month's supply of food that you have to order not only costs $313.50 (the lease expensive meal plan) but it tastes terrible! Anyone who eats only 1000 calories a day is bound to lose weight! I tried 5 products and they all made me sick to my stomach. Four of the products were "free".
When I returned the "food" products to the company, they did issue me a refund, however, it was only for $266.47. They are charging me over $47.00 to try just one envelope of food out of one box! (Not to mention that the shipping to return the product was $23.00.) There is simply no way to figure out how they arrived at that figure.
Be very leery of this company if you are looking for a diet program! I would definitely NOT recommend them to ANYONE!
