Complaint Review: Takemi Select

We ordered from Takemi Select in July 2008 and waited until Dec 2008 for delivery. Finally delivered in large box which we required assistance with to get in the house and put together. Worked from Dec 24, 2008 to approximatley mid- February 2009 and then it broke. We called and emailed Mike who kept telling us to replace the fuse which we couldn't find, he promised to mail them but never did. Now its June and we still can't use the chair. We vacationed in Melbourne FL early this month and the business is shut down, the web site is gone, the phones are blocked. Guess they moved on with a new business name and we are all left with no help. Searching now for anyone who can help us get it repaired. Have to say that when it was working it was great! but six weeks at $1,600 is pretty pricey! At least we got delivery which I read some people didn't even get.
