8.10.07 I ordered from Takemi Wholesale Outlet on-line massage chair: Takemi Select Presenditial Series 1100, $499.95.

8.17.07 I found a box on my backyard under the pouring rain. They drop it like $1 thing without my sinature. Box was comletly demaged with the big holes everywhere. There was no any sign on the box: no sender or delivery company, no even packing slip.

More over inside I did not find:pneumatic cylinder, all binding parts-bolts, screw etc.(later I found couple bolts on my drive way), decorative parts, using and assembling instruction.

So, to assemble and use this chair is impossible. I called to company right away for replacement or supplying missing parts or for refund. Saleman Mike told to me that I have to send e-mail to company. I did it the same day but they never answer to me. Then we call again and again without any results - they point out each other.

After that I called to my bank to cancell the payment. Citi bank gave me the conditional credit. But 11.07.07 I got the letter from my bank that Takemy company refused to return my money and I have to pay.

I tried to contact with company again, I spoke to Paul and finaly he told me that his company is not resposible for delivery, that is delivery company folt.

I have not seen such jungle trade in America.
What is that indifference people watching only over their profit , without any regret on their end about this rip-off ?

I filed the first of six complaints on here about this company. They gave me a very hard time, but then the president of the company left the invitation to call him directly. I did make that call and he did fix my problem.

I was also under the impression that they had addressed their customer service issues. While my original problem with the company was different than yours, it appears they are treating you the same as they did myself. You call, and they tell you that you have to email.

I would strongly suggest that you call the president of the company with your problem. I will tell you that they did fix my issue.

To Takemi Select Wholesale Outlet, I would strongly suggest that instead of posting the offer for the customer to call the president, that the president just go ahead and call the customers. You have a good product, but really need to fix these consumer complaint issues.
