I thought I was the only one to have problems with this company. After seeing all the other complaints on here, I thought I would help warn people also.

I purchased a chair from this company about 6 months ago. After just a couple of months, the chair broke. When I called the customer service number, they told me the chair was covered under the warranty. All I had to do was pay to ship them the chair so they would fix it. Of course, the shipping was half the cost of the chair.

WHAT A RIP OFF! They did not stand behind the product for me.

I agree At this point in the complaint. very few people are going to read the entire thing. They are going to see it as a company that if simply trying to not stand behind the product. But That Is Just Not The Case The Workers And Management At Takemi Select Wholesale Outlets Do Care I Care!!

I Do Not Agree With The All Going Back And Forth Here. But I Do Believe A Business Is Built With 1 Customer At A Time We Have Lots Of Satisfied Customers That For Sure, But In My 25 Years Of Retail Experience One Thing Always Rings True That You Must Communicate With Your Customers Takemi Is Legally In The Right But I
Want More For Our Customers We Also Must Have Morals In Respect To Others, This Is What Real Business Success Is All About. The Original Policy Talks About The Shipping Cost As In That Shipping Cost Who Is Right Or Wrong If It Is A Misunderstanding Or Not I Don't Care I Do Care About Our Customers We Will Try Our Best To Reach A Resolution With You.
