I am so frustrated with this horrible company. It has been over month trying to get my money back and I still don't have it. I ordered the message chair on 12-06-08. 14 days later, I get a call that they ran out of stock and the chair will be available end of Jan.'09. I said, "No thank you" I like to cancel the order. The lady said she will submit a cancellation and it will take 7 to 10days and refund the money back to my credit card. "Wrong", after 10days,they still did not refund the money. I called my credit company about it and they said the company has upto 30days to refund the money. Next day, I called ripoff chair company and complained but she said she is only a sales person. I need to talk to a manger who comes in between 6pm to 9pm EST. I talked to the manager and she said the money will be refunded by Jan 16th. Today is Jan 22nd still they have not refunded. Do not do business with this horrible company.
