TakeStar Haload Verbally Abused my mother, did not fulfill contract, groupon deal misleading Santa Monica California

First: The hispanic mover verbally abused my mother. The takestar representative did not offer any solution to my problem.  He only said I will speak to the mover.  

Second: Movers took short breaks in between service.  My mother did not receive the full two hours stated.  Many neighbors in the building witness this.  

Third:  They did not fulfill the contract.  I had specifically hired them to move a bed, but they did not.  They did not contact me saying they were not going to do this.  Apparently they told my mother they could not move the bed.  in other words they only wanted to take stuff that was not heavy. 

Fourth:  Their groupon Deal does not state they will charge you an extra $75 dollars.  So instead of $125 dollars for the service.  I ended up getting charged $200.  groupon.com/deals/takestar-haload  Which is what other companies are charging for 3hours worth of service. 

Fifth:  The movers were not properly equip to move items.  takestar.com/  The pickup truck in the websites and the representative said this was the way they loaded stuff.  They were unable to do this...for my mothers queen size bed.  

To sum it up:  I am not sure if the hispanic mover was trying to ge me to purchase more hours or he was just lazy/racist.  Wost companies ethics I have ever seen in my life.  On top of that they did not fulfill their contract and their groupon deal is not true.
