I was sitting in the lobby after waiting four hours to be called. Suddenly, the Caucasian woman at the front desk from the hours of 12-4 had my chart. I was wondering what she was doing but she told employees that I was cursing and I wasn't. I have 5 witnesses that can say the same. They deferred me for 30 days and I swear I was not cursing in no lobby. I went outside to curse cuz of the long wait. I feel I should be compensated for wrong doing. Please help me.

Try again - and I would bet that you were aggressive and combative because you were thrown out of the facility. AND what does RACE have to do with anything???? The CAUCASIAN woman had your chart - how do you know this???? Where are these "5 witnesses"?
You are seeking free care and angry because you were not seen within a "reasonable' time period?? SO I am paying for your free care while I cannot get free health care. Good luck - help is nothing you are going to get because if you have internet access then you should not be entitled to anything "free".

Nothing is free in this life with only two exceptions. Sunlight and air. Those are the ONLY things that are free anymore!!! Im not seeing the ripoff here. YOU admit to destroying THIER property. Pretty much sums up EVERYTHING with that admission alone. So YOU were charged $100.00 for the mat. Did YOU perhaps forget to read?? Stop for a few mins and think!!! HOW EXACTLY do you think they have that information?? Remember when YOU first checked in and they asked for a credit card for "incidentals", am I jogging anything there? No? Lets continue. Remember when AFTER you gave them your card they asked YOU to SIGN some paperwork?? Starting to remember yet?? RIGHT THERE when YOU SIGNED the paperwork, YOU gave them EXPRESS PERMISSION to take from YOU how ever much the FINAL amount is. By admitting to the front desk that YOU damaged THIER property, YOU told them that YOU were accepting responsibility for YOUR ACTIONS!!!! Dont be surprised NOW that the cost of YOUR MISTAKE is comming to bite YOU on the rump. The over drafts ARE ON YOU!!! Its YOUR responsibility to ensure YOU have enough money in the account for transactions on your card. The no tell motel has ZERO control over how YOU manage YOUR finances. The BANK has no control over how YOU maintain YOUR account. So YOU want to blame ANYONE ELSE for the hardship YOU have had to go through yet FAIL to acknowledge that everything that has happend to you has come from your own actions. How about ACTING LIKE AN ADULT!!! A little tip for YOU. If YOU want to play the victim you CAN NOT admit to commiting the crime!!
