We contracted with Talent Hook to use their software to search Internet for resumes.  We paid for one-year subscription.

After using for a year but never getting results, we stopped using the system.  During the time we used it, we were constantly being told software updates were coming that would allow better results.  They never came.

Since they had a Credit Card, they renewed the subscription automatically charging for another year of service.  When we realized, we tried to cancel and get a refund.

Although the service never worked for us and we were not satisfied, we felt a credit was due.

After emailing and calling the billing department, the sales rep, and even the owner of the business, they would not call to discuss any sort of settlement.

I am now paying another $1600 for a year of service yet we cannot use it.

I have never heard of any Professional organization that was not willing to work with a dissatisfied client to make them happy.

They have just chosen to ignore my email and calls...hoping I will just get tired and quit contacting them.
