Today i was going through my credit report to see if this jacket i ordered was charged to my account yet and i see 2 charges that i never made by a compnay i have never heard of 1 on Nov 4th for $19.80 and 1 on Nov 8th for the same amount. So im steamed cause i dont have enough cash as it is with 2 kids and a mortgage and a crap job. But now im a victim of fraud.

I gooled this company and found the web address for them and this page with another account of ripping someone off.

I want my money back and whoever is responsible for taking my money to be punished. I hope we can get to the bottom of this.

I hope they have humanity and refund the money ....cause i will take it to court.

To the ex-employee for outlining how the scam really works. At least Igor is too dumb to anglicize his name, so we know exactly where this scam is coming from.

Talent6 does NOT work

#5UPDATE EX-employee responds

Talent6 is a scam for the most part
Talent6 posts 100's-1000's of casting calls a day/week but they are found by employees in Lativa (Eastern Europe near Russia)
Talent6 takes casting calls from Craigslist (Free!) and posts them as their own or from sites such as Mandy etc...
Talent6 notifies people that have posted casting calls on Craigslist that they essentially "stole" their casting calls and are letting them know they've reposted on Talent6.
Most people ask that their casting call be removed if they ever get the email saying their casting calls was posted on Talent6.
Talent6 works for a very few clients
Talent6 is most in communication with casting directors for some of the shows they brad about.
Talent6 does not work for most professional casting directors and small time producers because Talent6 will take anyones money and let them have a profile and apply for casting calls.
Sorry to be blunt but the entertainment industry isn't looking for not attractive and un professional people.
Talent6 gets away with all of this because of the wording of their small print
Talent6 will batch message members on behalf of a casting director with or without their permission thus your led to believe the casting director chose you...

Basically PLEASE DO NOT SIGN UP FOR TALENT6 you will NOT get your moneys worth in return.

#5REBUTTAL Owner of company

Wed, February 06, 2008

My name is Igor Reiant and I am the CEO of Talent6. I'd like to personally apologize for any problems any former member or employee may have encountered with our service. We've worked with over a million clients in the last two years and have designed our sales and customer support procedures to accommodate every one of them. However, as with any company, problems and mix-ups do occur, and we do our utmost to solve them and prevent similar issues from happening in the future.

We are not hiding anything. Members of Talent6 have the ability to cancel online and send questions through the site directly to Customer Support. If a client prefers to speak to the Customer Support Department by phone, our toll free phone number is provided during the initial sale and on the website. By calling 1-800-710-4210, you will be directly routed through to a real person who can answer questions, provide refunds and help you with any problems you may have. There are no phone prompts or mazes to go through and wait time typically does not exceed three to five minutes.

Talent6 is constantly working to improve our Customer Support Department, Sales Department and our website as a whole. We post thousands of new casting calls every week for people working to break into the entertainment industry. Search for Talent has also signed up hundreds of Casting Directors and Photographers who contact our members every day with upcoming opportunities. We are consistently growing and expanding, but it's not because we're a scam, it's because Search for Talent works.

In addition, while I do take great pride in www.Talent6.com and the thousands of people who have successfully used our online services, please don't call me a computer geek.

Thank you

Sincerely,
Igor Reiant
CEO Talent6

Ok

When i wrote this first repost i was really really tired. I do remember this company my wife found it in an employment guide. We singed up for it and never recieved any package. After a week i cancelled the account ..on the basis that my wife became pregnant with my second child and we need to cut corners and there was no way were travelling to go to auditions and all.

Anyways that was over or about a year ago. I found out i was still being charged for this and i just called a representative. He told me ...hmmmm it appears youve only logged in once blah blah blah What i can do is cancel your account but thats it. No refunds Im sorry, im sorry, im sorry. The typical theres nothing we can do runaround.

Why do you think i havent been back on? I cancelled it. The guy on the phone told me something about a 30 day trial and i looked around and wasnt impressed and cancelled.

I was wondering why there was always money missing off my card...i figured i didnt caculate it right. No i know i was still being charged for a service i cancelled. And we need all the money we can get.

I would like my money back and hopefully i can get that whatever you do...if you sign with these people. Be extremely careful.
