Ms. Talethia Lagayle Ware moved to my friend's place on June 16 after meeting with the landlord that morning. She provided a NSF check of $650 to cover some of the rent which still outstanding. She said she would take care of the rent for both June & July. So far, she has not returned landlord's calls nor answered calls. besides nobody answered the door.
Right now, she is staying for free for 2 months.
