Talk-To-Me software program made by "Cantrell" Owner Chris Cantrell & DigitalRiver.com rip-off
I purchased a digital download product called,"Talk-To-Me".
First, you purchase the product via the internet with a credit card. So, I did. Then it prompts you to"Download now", so I did.
Next, you have to download their download agent called, "E-bot". This is suppose to allow you to download their product to your computer. Well, I did what they said to do and managed to download their "key" to open up the project. When you click on the key to get the key serial #, NOTHING HAPPENS! Imagine that?
This is a cool program, but it is going to expire in 90 days. Because to get this product registered, you have to download the trial offer first, install it, then go to the set up screen in the Talk-To-Me program and register it and unlock the serial number with your TTMKEY.EXE .
Guess what, it wouldn't let me register. I've been on the phone with the company that Mr.Chris Cantrell of Cantrell software, uses to advertise and allows him to sell through.
DigitalRiver.com is the company that has to do all of the dirty work for Cantrell. Anyway, All of the possible ways to contact Cantrell have been dismantled, email, customer support, registering links come up dead and all e-mail comes back undeliverable.
I got a phone number to contact Cantrell from Digital River. They were kind enough to try to help me. No one ever answers this phone number or returns messages. So, all in all, I purchased a product that will never be able to be registered. I got a trial version instead for $29.95 which should have been free.
Please spread the word about Cantrell Software.

I recently read the rip-off report about the software Talk to Me.
I used to produce 3D animated characters that would go into the software.
Over a period of time and talking to Mr. Cantrell on the phone we had developed a relationship as friends although we had never met.
The following summer we were going to meet and take a vacation together with other friends.
Three weeks before the vacation time Mr. Cantrell was involved in a motorcycle accident.
His life was ended and his sister who didn't know anything about the business and his parents tried their best to tie up any loose ends.
The reason a phone call was never returned was most likely due to the death.
I am sure that there are more customers out there that had similar problems.
I know from what I read that it seems as if the customer went to all extremes to contact Mr.Cantrell and Digital River.
The software that Mr Cantrell produced was one of the best and did work.
Mr. Cantrell always did his best to try and make every customer satisfied with their purchase and if his life had not been so quickly taken away he would of made sure that this customer was happy, even if it meant sending them a free copy on CD in the mail.

I am taking the opportunity and post a valuable
information (specially single moms with kids)and the elderly sadly those are the ones been victimized (ripped off).
You have a car trouble.You call any place if you dont know anyone from the past and schedule your car for an inspection.But before you take it in you should know: THERE ARE STATE LAWS REQUIRES THE REPAIR FACILITY TO GET A WRITTEN(!) ESTIMATE APPROVAL(EITHER OVER THE PHONE OR PERSON) BY THE CAR OWNER ANYTHING ABOVE $20!
ALL THE REPLACED COMPONENTS ARE REQUIRED TO RETURN ON REQUEST(UNLESS THEIR A CORE RETURN OR TOO HEAVY).MAKE SURE YOU ARE AGREED TO ALL THE REPAIRS AND COSTS BEFORE YOU PAY!
LOOK AT THE REPAIR BILL CARE FULLY HOW MUCH HOUR THEY SPEND TO DO THE TASK (THE REPLACEMENT OF THE PART)AND HOW MUCH THEY CHARGING PER HOUR
WHAT EXTRA MATERIAL THEY HAVE USED.
OBVIOUSLY YOU DONT PAY FOR ATF(AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION FLUID FOR DOING A BRAKE PAD REPLACEMENT!AND AFTER A FRONT END REPLACEMENT YOUR CAR IS NOT PULLING TO THE LEFT OR RIGHT BECAUSE THE BRAKE PADS WITH OUT BRAKING!
I am a cartech but i hate those ripping off people who works hard for their money!

Just to let you know, the owner for Cantrell software (Chris Cantrell) was killed in a motorcycle accident in June of 2000.
That's the reason for no response.
