Complaint Review: Tallahassee Police Chief Walter McNeil

This man makes us sick! We have tried to file a complaint against an abusive cop for over 9 months to no avail. Walter McNeil instructs his officers to abuse citizens if they ask for names and badge numbers of rogue cops. He gave bribes to City of Tallahassee officials so that they ignore police brutality. Everyone knows that he's having an affair with the city manager and well as his assistants. If you have a complaint against a Tallahassee police officer DO NOT, we repeat, DO NOT go to internal affairs. You will be threatened and possibly arrested. Go straight to the FBI or Gov. Jeb Bush.
