Complaint Review: TAM2 Operating Andy Westmoreland

Andy Westmoreland from TAM2 markets himself as a saavy oil and gas operator out of Dallas TX at various investor shows and conferences, but beware of this shady operator (I should say non-operator). We attended his presentation of an investment in 12 wells around the border of Oklahoma and Texas. His marketing materials misled investors to think the wells were producing and we made a small investment. Sometime after we reviewed our statement from the lease we found it NOT to be producing and he needed additional funds to rework the wells to our dismay. He is a very small operator that cannot control his lease operating expenses which eventually erodes the investors equity in the lease (which is eventually lost in our case). Further investigation of this individual found he filed BK in the past and has never been able to successfully operate a project where investors received any sort of return on capital.  Beware of Andy Westmoreland that markets under the Money Show investor conferences.  He is a huckster in every sense of the word selling nothing but SNAKE OIL!
