Complaint Review: Tamboo Tavern

Shady bait and switch tactics, claimed out of lower priced dishes so
they could sell higher priced items.  We asked for glasses of ice water, having already ordered drinks for 5
out of 6 people in our party and they brought us bottled water.  Menu pricing deceptive: main course items reasonable but side
dishes and add-ons very pricey and not listed.  Service extremely slow. On a busy Sat.
night they had only one waitress for a crowded restaurant.  A 20% gratuity was automatically added to our check.
