I have been thru the courts thru out the last2 years! I have sole custody of my 2 girls, my ex-wife was suppose to pay $50.00 a week plus $30.00 towards the arrears ($5932.45)and I cant' even get this in a timely fasion. $80.00 a week is nothing compared to the expense I have raising my 2 girls! My babysitter is more than that per week! The law seems to favor womans (mothers) because everytime I went to court, they would not arrest her, force to state where she works, try to garnish her pay, etc. I really think its unfair that this dead beat mother can get away in owing almost 2 years of child support payments! If a father would go past 30 day's with out paying child support they would go ahead and arrest him ASAP.

Like to state that the balance was paid in full and recieving timely payments. tings are back to normal... no bad things to say anymore...
