Complaint Review: tammy baruch

 The following is a continuation of a Report we filedon Tammy Baruch yesterday. There is much much of which the public should be aware. Tammy has had more plastic surgeries than all the people I know put together. She has had 3 nose jobs, 3 breast jobs, liposuction of the legs and behind, all types of procedures on her face including frequent Botox and Fillers of the lips and cheeks and lasers and dermabrasion of the face. Yet with all this work, I am often thought to be her younger sister. People often comment on how different we are. Jokingly people have called us the "good sister" and the "bad sister." My guess is that you can guess which is which. During the years my father was sick, I cared for him and all his needs, basically placing my life on hold. Tammy could not name one of his doctors I am quite certain. I really could have used her help. My dad paid her $2,000.00 a month to get rid of her as Tammy was NEVER gainfully employed ---- except for the times she woerked as a Stripper in Strip Clubs. I found this so embarassing as at the time I worked in distinguished Law Firms in NYC she wasdisrobing in sleazy joints for sleazy men. I couldn't understand this lack of work ethic. My dad very often stressed to her that she would not receive Social Security when the time came and she always lacked health insurance and 401Ks. She said she cared not about health insurance or SS. Could not figure that one out. So my dad and mom and myself put up with so much from her. She disinvited my mother to her wedding. I heard the tears as at the time I resided in CA. In 2005 I wasin a near-death car accident. She never visited me during my 2 month hospital stay. Shecharged my dad $200.00 for her to drive himto Newark to visit me. He disliked her so much that her name for her was "Dumb B******." He said I brought him luck do he named his Corp. the "Tracy Natalie Baruch Corporation." She trashed me to one and all, telling the police I was intoxicated on drugs causing my accident. I was charged with a DUI, put, of course,was found to be clean by both blood and urine screens. She told all of the State of NJ this. What amazes me is how dumb can she be as I would be in prison had I had drugs in my car. Yet she sings this songtoone and all, even to my partner. Stupid! I don't evendrink alcohol anymore. Her trashingofmecaused the OPG to take the person of my dadand the finances of my dad. Butshe cared notwhen wewere prohibited by the OPG from seeing him but 3 hours per week. She was fine, partying it up on trips tothe Caribbean and frequent stays in Atlantic City. She even dated an ex-fiancee of mine. Just yesterday she asked my best friend in CA to be-freind her on Facebook. My friend is a very spiritual business lady with 2 children and a devoted husband. She is aware of this creature and her exploits- such as sending text pictures of herselfall day long, not selling Mary Kay. My friend wants nothing to do with her. The Executorof my dad's Estate told me to stay away from her. In fact, Tammy was here totake meto the Executor to leave my Estate to her. I then realized that she was going through my things and stealing from me. The Executor told me straight out that I was being coercsed and he wouldnot provide a Will for me to leave my Estate to Tammy. I cannot even say what I really wantto share about our conversation. He knows all about her as he dealt with her as the Executor of my dad's Estate. Boy I have so much built inside me. To invite someone to your home and they steal from you? Then they want to be-friend your best friend who she must know hates her. I suggest that allmen and women beware. Do not leave her alonewith your valuables. She will walk around nude if you let her. She needs psychiatric help. Who drives by the highway of her dad's grave yet has never, never gone to visit the gravesite? She has yet to see the Headstone. Beware people.
