Complaint Review: tammy flores

tammy scammed the company i was given from my tenn care corrdinator out of well over a hundread hrs of service i found out this cause she leaked it out.i would go on vacation and she would tell me she would tell them.she would take the tablet home with her and tell me she would charge it for when i got back.then tell me she lost her sheets with her hrs on it and want me to resign them when she was actually having me sign a sheet that i was on vacation for. i began to wonder why she lost papers all the time.i dont know how you can prove it just wanted to put that out there cause she got me and shes up to the same old tricks.
