I d say Pray for the Gods help and remember the kids are part of you . Do the very best you can to raise them as you want them to be . You have to be both parents to them unless you happon to find a nice loveing lady to help you raise them . As they grow they will know you worked hard to take care of them and they will know how they should act when they are in your shoes. They will stay close to you . My 3 little sons daddy choise my best friend over us , and I wanted to kill myself and them too. but i called my mother at the last minute and she come to me got me help with a dr. and she said nothing matters but the lives of my sons and they needed me to be strong for them. I focused on raiseing them and I prayed and worked and God sent me a good man that worked and helped me raise them. The boys daddy ran and didnt pay for 2 yrs . I lived in Texas then and I had the State backing me on the child support . He finally got tired of running and started paying. I guess you should forget about any help from the mom and One of my sons has 3 little boys now and the mom left and my son is raiseing the boys alone . she helps him with the kids but Im proud he is the one raiseing them. He said its just me and my sons and they all have fun together . Just love them and be the man you want them to be and they will turn out right. They will know who loves them. My sons all Graduated high school and their daddy came . They introduced my president hubby as his daddy. My ex got mad and My oldest son said Any body can make a baby where was you when I was growing up? Shorty is my daddy. He helped us and MOM all this time . SO see you can do it . If you fail to comply the duties of the job you'll get canned so to speak. If you fail to handle your job in a respectful mannor
you'll not only get canned, you could be charged or fined for what ever resulted in your carelessness.

My point is that I propose that any single parent that has unresolved issues with support collection or Health and Human Services
or with County Family Courts or Federal Courts about how dead beat parents get away with financial child abuse, and abandonment, and how single parents are being ignored. I propose that anyone conserned should bann together to make some laws, like we have criminal record database
why not a dead beat parent record database? With
a qualifying\non qualifying registration process
that would accept or deny persons to be entered so therefore protecting the wrongly labeled dead beats.

I honestly think that neglecting your responcibilitys regaurding noncomplyance in support matters or abusing visitation matters
should be a listed in criminal child abuse
or Dead beats looking for pity because of this or that needs to stop!

I have a few more ideas, I am thinking about a class action law suit re:support matters and fraud.

However single dad, if your ex doesn't show for court ordered visit. Re-file agents her for contemt.And have visitation reduced or terminated,
It can be done I had similar situation w\ex who thought he could come at his conv. So File a petition at your local FC.

Oh...I forgot to mention above all else she had a third child that she did the same too and now lives with John Vacchino formaly of 103 Church parkway N. Syracuse New York 13212.

On top of all this she is now decaring bankrupcy so all of you can pay her bills she is on Welfare, food stamps, free lawyer but owns a new home new 2001 Jeep new Dodge extened cab 4wd p/u had her trailer repoed has 5 judgements against her for failure to pay child support and trailor payment. But bought a home from the VA and is not even a Venteran come on give me a break...Why should we support their a*s's?

So I can say this forget the idoit you made a major mistake with and count you blessings that you have your children raise them to have morels and values honesty and respect so they too can get screwed over someday.

AND...remember this my friend you will be happy that you did because there is always a final judgement ... it may not be in this life but...IT WILL COME and those whom scammed and screwed over children and the State, Gov, Community WILL BE HELD RESPONDSIBLE...trust me. All's I can say is been there done/doing that I have 2 children that are 10 and 8 I have raised them since 1.5 and 3.5 The so-called Mom has had 28 jobs in the past seven years is ordered to pay $25.00 a month is on probation. However NOTHING has changed she drives a brand new Jeep just bought a house from the VA of all...Thanks to our Gov....ya. However, if I had done half of what she has I would...well lets put it this way I would be hanging by my manhood on the pole out front...or in jail some place. But, poor poor so-called Mom the Courts just turn a blind eye for the DEADBEAT MOTHERS out there.

Yes I too to can relate to your stuation we have family 3 hours away and it is a big game most holidays we spend home alone waiting to she if the idoit is going to show to exercise her visistation at all. She didnt come around for SEVEN months (after one vistation when she locked the kids out and told the never to F'ing come back durning a lighting storm) and when the Kids said that they didnt want to go with her I said that I wouldnt force them to. So she called the Sheriffs and without knowing anything of course I was the bad guy the cop yelled screamed at me and my Kids got into an arguement with the childrens law guarding on the phone out front of my home the Kids where crying and all this Idoit of a Sheriff just keep yelling that she has rights and the kids have to go...The Courts are unfair and I can say...Good Luck Kids come last...and so do Men.

It's such an unfortunate situation. Two people meet, two people fall in love, two people marry and make babies. And who suffers, the children!! But, she must have had (at one time or another) some redeeming qualities that called you to her not once but twice! Don't get me wrong, I am completely sympathetic to your situation, as I too was once in that same boat.

My ex-husband decided that since I chose to end our relationship that it was soley my responsibility to raise & care for our 2-year old daughter. After years of anger & frustration, after hours of pleading & crying, I threw up my hands & gave it up! I gave up the anger, & started living my life.

My family pulled together to help out, I did get assistance with food, financial assistance with rent & sought assistance with pulling him into court. When one idea would fail, I trudged forward on the next....I just wouldn't let the situation run my life.

I am appalled at the reponse of your local welfare department. In Florida, if she is capable of working, regardless of what any doctor's may say, her child support payments would be set, accordingly. Just remember your just reward will be that you have successfully & singly raised those two beautiful children by yourself. And mark my word, one day (when she decides to grow up) & those children want nothing to do with her she will be the one to suffer.

I am sorry for your situation, but what is so ironic is that women have been dealing with this issue for decades!! It's kinda like men having children and having to raise them too . . . . it's not an easy task and certainly not one to be taken lightly! I wish you luck, I wish your children happiness . . . . .together all of you will get through this!

I feel for your situation because I am in a similar one. I have custody of 2 boys 7 and 10 years old.

My estranged wife pays $25.00 a month and has done so for a year now. She is a home health care aide and has the opportunity to make a decent living but claims she makes under the poverty level so she is only responsible for the $25.oo. I, however, have another child with an x-girlfriend (1 child) and pay $633.00 a month. Tell me how that is fair.

I just asked my lawyer if the horror stories I have been hearing about men going in to the court system with no job and being forced to get a job to pay child support and stay out of jail are true. I heard that a judge will tell the man he is responsible for a certain dollar ammount and if he cant afford it he must get a job or go to jail. My lawyer said this is true.

Why is it not the same for women?

Why is the judge not forcing my estranged wife to get a job?

This inequity is only a small portion of the shafting I have taken in the court system. I would love to tell you all about it but i really dont have that much time. I wrote to Montel Williams but he was apparently uninterested.

I feel the only way to change the way things are curently working is to begin a grass roots "Men's Rights" movement. Somehow during the "Womens rights" movement, mens rights got pushed aside (or trampled). Court systems are way out of sync always erring on the side of the female. It has to stop. I havnt the strength nor ambition to start such a movement but would be willing to do whatever it takes to assist in its development. Men need to take back an EQUAL share of rights in the justice system.

Ending note: Ironic that 100% of the judges that have dispensed this grossly lopsided justice to me are MEN...isnt it.

after getting her into court and the judge ordering her to weekends in jail this girl and her family come up with a couple thousand dollars just so she can avoid jail. Then she brings in a Physcoligist that says she suffers from depression and possible scysofrania and cant work so a hearing examiner reduces her daycare to $6 dollars a week and leaves me paying the remaining $224.00 ........is there anyone that can help because this has got to end. She is on full welfare and her boyfriend lives with her so they allow welfare to pay all the bills and they have all his money to spend as they please while she still fails to pat support. No one will listen in the court where can I go?

Now top every thing of this DEADBEAT is filing for a reduction in her current obligation of $76.00 and 42% of daycare and wants it reduced to $25.00 a month what a joke. And to add to the cake she is claiming to be 4 month pregnant with some kids kid, What a JOKE, she can't see or care for the ones she has now so be prepared to shell out those welfare benefits.
