Complaint Review: Tampa Bay Construction & Engineering

 Job was the Oldsmar BMX track. Originally had 2 General Contractors. We were contracted all the concrete as per plan after arrival no site work had been done no superintendent change order was issued and work was completed to 80 percent. One of the GC'so defaults leaving us with unpaid balance of 51 grand! Primary GC cast all the blame on secondary GC. Lines and claims against performance bond was made and new contract was made by us in good faith to complete the job 2nd week into job Tampa Bay Construction shorts scheduled draw amount and stops payment on check after services were rendered and approved by customer. Lawyers are involved now. After all incidents take place learn that this is standard practice for this company as this job alone he has not payed several contractors involved in a total amount to of $500,000 Yes half a million dollars! Stay away from this guy and company don't say you weren't warned
