Tampa Bay Preservation Eva Claunch scam artists, daylight robbers, works people for free, lies, swindle, dishonest Plant City, Florida
Do NOT work for Tampa Bay Preservation. They will have you work for months on in and NOT pay you. They start in the beginning trying to act as if you are there best friend. Then start holding checks later and later until you work for free. They owe me over $5000 and haven't paid.
However, while I worked for them they were enjoying the high life (vacation, fun toys, big trucks) all on my dime! When I say they lived the high life that's exactly what I mean.
These people will rip you off so fast and in the same breathe tell you how much of an asset you are to their company. Yeah, your such a good asset they just sit back an in slave you while they reap the benefits.
It doesn't matter if you are young, old, kids or not. They have no intent on paying. If you are out of work; your best bet would not to work for these people.
Also, they were paid for every work order I completed and processed. How do I know, because I contacted their contractor who went through each work order and verified they were paid.

I am the owner of 3 companies (lawn,construction, & a home rehab). The utterly ridiculous false statements made about Timothy McCoy are almost comical. He has been an employee of mine for many years & yes he is & always has been licensed & insured. The accusations were made by you simply because he refused to do anymore work until he had received his compensation for jobs already done. It's interesting how he was supposedly the "only 1" out of "100s of subs" that complained but there are nothing but horrible reviews on your company. Slander & defamation are two lawsuits that attorneys enjoy handling & you acheived doing both in your rebuttal. Unlike you there can (& if necessary) will be numerous letters written by upstanding company owners that have employed Tim McCoy showing that he has been & still remains a hard working employee. I'm going to use your statement except edit it by a few words. -- Maybe if you would pay your subcontractors they wouldn't refuse to work.-- A bit of advice to you,your lack of professionalism speaks volumes for how you run a company.

I too worked for Tampa Preservation and didn't get paid. It's funny how such a big place but yet word spreads like wildfire. It's funny how TBP was so good to people but yet ran off and tried changing their name to DECLA to get away from the people who they owe money to.
It's even funnier how family member's even know the truth. The truth that Eva calls lies hurts!! If anyone wants to know more, just ask cause I know way more than they think (names, numbers, and all). RIP OFFS

This certain contractor, Timothy McCoy, that filed this erroneous report is nothing more than a disgruntled ex sub. He was fired because of shoddy work and claiming to complete work that did not meet the guidelines that he was contracted for. Not only did I lose a contract with a company I had worked with for several years, but lost monies that I was backcharged due to his negligence and poor work ethics. Funny - I have hired over 100 sub contractors that have worked for my conpany over the past 5 years and only this "one" complains. You know, maybe had you done your job right and not cheated me for jobs that were not completed, you wouldnt be in this situation. All Contractors - DO NOT hire Timothy McCoy, he will cause enormeous problems for your company. He is not licensed nor insured although he claims to be.

I am so sorry for what all are going through due to the unethical behavior from this lady. As an experienced REALTOR for over 11 years I too thought she was going to pass on work and many whom needed to feed their families would reap the rewards (MONEY) I felt when speaking with her she was on board with the REO listings and foreclosures coming our way in Hernando County Florida. Unfortunetely, poor judgement on my behalf. I sent workers her way they worked extremely hard and YES they too never received payment. How does a company like this stay in business real con artist:(
