 I put my account on freeze in May as I am going to be out of town for the summer and early fall months, I was not sure exactly what month I was going to be back so the lady behind the counter told me I could leave the unfreeze date open and come in at any time and unfreeze it. The $5.00 fee came out in May like it was supposed to and then when June came they took $42.90, the lady I spoke to at the location did not understand this as she could not see a scheduled unfreeze date on the screen, so she called management and spoke to someone named Micha.

I hope for your sake you never have to deal with this person, rude and unproffesional would not even begin to describe her. She proceeded to tell me that I signed something saying I wanted to unfreeze in June I told her that the end date was supposed to be open and she said that it was not, I suppose after I signed it they just put whatever date they wanted in there so they could take the money knowing I wasn't going to be there for services. They did the same thing to me Summer 2014, but I let that go thinking it was an honest mistake. Now I know better. I have canceled my membership and gotten a new debit card because these scam artists have a carbon copy of the one I was using. Please learn from my mistake and do not give them your debit card!!!!!
