They sell fake designer bags with defects. They use fake policies for return and exhange and face cusomer reviews. They are ignoring all the messages.

I was told that the bag I have received was sent my mistake and they are sending a correct bag. So far so good! I am happy with resoluton and how they handled the problem.

After many messages, they finally contacted me. They appologized, asked for more pictures of the product and promised to solve the problem.
