On December the 5th 2019, I made a gift purchase online through Tana elegant. When Inquire about tracking number, I received and email stating that my order has been canceled, and they will refund my money within 24 hours. After waiting 24 hour period I went to my bank to see if they refunded my money, bank told me that not a single attempt has been made from them for the refund.

Ive contacted Tana Corp (elise@tanacorporation.com) to find out when are they going to refund my money?

In fact, we have tried many times to release the fund but it did not work out.

In order to get your refund, please open a dispute with your bank and they will help you to get your money back. It's very simple.

They're refusing to refund my money, and coming up with a bogus explonation what needs to be done to get a refund. Banking system doesnt work this way, I've already conatcted VISA, as well as spoken to my bank about it.

Something needs to be done to their fraudelent activity online!! They're ripping people off, and getting sensitive credit card information exposed!! BUYER BEWARE!!

I placed an order with Tana elegant on 12/7. When I emailed them three weeks later asking for an update on my order, they said there was no confirmation of payment and asked me to show them on my bank statement where it was processed.

I sent them a screenshot of the payment (I was not about to give them my full bank account number). Less than 24 hours, I received an email that my order had been cancelled due to concerns with my payment method....WHAT?

I emailed them and they said the same thing about it being refunded in 24 hours. that was 12/20. I have emailed "Elise" four to five times now following up. BUYER BEWARE!! THIS SITE IS A RIPOFF!
