Complaint Review: Tanglewood Assisted Living LLC

This place is disgusting, it is infested with bedbugs, the elderly are being horribly treated they do not have any of the medical supplies need to take care of them. They have no basic essentials either such as soap or reasonable foods to eat. They pay $1100.00 a month for this half a*s care and they dont get their medical supplies or any good food, they recieve water and lemonade. crackers and pb&j sandwiches. One of the residents was raped by another male homeless resident that they got from the homeless shelter and the man that was raped is 70 years old. They continue to have this man in the same room with his attacker. This place is dirty, understaffed and just needs to be closed they are not caring for these people they are just taking their money.
