Tanisha Jelks Unappreciative Client Ripoff Riverdale Georgia
I closed a home loan for Tanisha Jelks after other loan officers would not give her the time of day. She was unable to adequately prove income or on-time rental payments for the previous year. I worked tooth and nail to find lenders who woul give her the loan at an interest rate she could handle. I put myself on the line several times, risking my reputation and job status to help her. Believe me, once other loan officers took a look at her credit score and the fact she couldn't prove a thing, they left her high and dry. This girl even fell through at the closing table from a previous attempt at closing. That loan officer left her and her newborn baby sitting there at the table and abruptly left!
I felt sorry for her and was willing to do what I could to help. I worked extremely hard on her loan foregoing work on my regular full-time job to work her loan. In the end, I got her closed December 30th 2004. Because she had no money for a down payment, I advanced my paycheck and GAVE it to her for her downpayment. Now mind you, I risked paying my own mortgage to help her out. The Seller was not willing to pay more than the HUD statement allowed but she end up sending me a check back to cover what I gave Tanisha to close. The Seller could've walked away scott free and I would've been out over $1000 dollars, but she did pay me.
Tanisha was not willing to stand up for me to get all of the money I should've gotten. The Seller was to pay $5000 in closing but got away with paying only my $1000. That was not fair! In all of this, Tanisha would talk about the status of her loan with Tonya, another loan officer and Tonya would tell Tanisha things to make her doubt my expertise and experience. That was bad enough, but Tanisha would actually call me and tell me what Tonya was saying. I didn't need to hear that. I was working hard enough to get her done. To make a long story short, Tanisha Jelks has found some stupid reason to cut the friendship now that she's in her house. I haven't heard from her since January. Now that's what I would call an ungrateful, unappreciative female. I could've walked away and said she was too hard to do and the deal was too messy, but I didn't.
I valued her friendship too much. I wanted her to have that house. With friends like that you don't need enemies. The deal only paid me $800 because I cut fees for her and I risked not getting my money back from the Seller. I wasn't paid all I should've been. God don't like ugly, but Tanisha is a poster child for ugly attitudes and lack of appreciation. I'd hate to be her on judgement day because her day is coming.... soon!
