TANLINE TANNING CENTERS WEAK BEDS, HORRIBLE SERVICE, EXPENSIVE PLANS, DECEITFUL, RUDE OVER THE PHONE, I HAD A DIGUSTING EXPERIENCE...THE BED THEY PUT ME IN ( THEY ACCIDENTLY FORGOT TO CLEAN) VERY UNSANITARY MENTOR Ohio
I DO NOT SUGGEST THIS "NEW TANNING" PLACE TO ANYONE. I DEICDED TO TRY IT BECAUSE THEY HAD A FREE COUPON IN THE CLIPPER. I CALLED TO ASK ABOUT THE PACKAGE PLANS AND WHAT TYPES OF BEDS THEY HAD. THEY WOULD NOT DISCUSS PRICES OVER THE PHONE AND TOLD ME I HAD TO COME IN TO FIND OUT ABOUT THE PACKAGE DEALS AND THE TYPES OF BEDS. SO BECAUSE IT WAS FREE FOR A WEEK I THOUGHT I WOULD GO IN.
AFTER TRYING TO GET MY CHECKING INFORMATION SEVERAL TIMES AND SET ME UP FOR THIS UNLIMITED TANNING I TOLD HER I WOULD LIKE TO TRY THE BEDS FOR A WEEK BEFORE I EVEN THINK ABOUT THAT..THEN SHE WENT INTO 10 MINUTES TRYING TO GET ME TO BUY THIS OVER PRICED LOTION. I TOLD HER I HAD MY OWN AND SHE CLAIMED THAT LOTION WOULD WORK BETTER...SO I SAT THROUGH THE SPEECH BECAUSE HEY IT WAS FOR FREE....SO AFTER ANOTHER 10 MINUTES OF FILLING OUT PAPER FINGET PRINTING ME AND WANTING MY LICENSE I FINALLY GOT A 10 MINUTE TOUR...SO I WAS THERE FOR OVER 35 MINUTES BEFORE THEY FINALLY GOT ME INTO A "LEVEL 2" BED.
IT WAS A 20 MINUTE BED, BUT THEY WOULD ONLY PUT ME IN FOR 8 MINUTES...EVEN THOUGH I ALREADY HAVE A DARK TAN FROM GOING TO TNT IN MENTOR FOR 2 MONTHS...SO WHATEVER ITS FREE,RIGHT....WELL I GET NAKED LOTION UP AND AS I GO TO LAY IN THE BED I SAW SMEAR MARKS EVERYWHERE....HERE THIS BED WAS JUST USED AND THEY...OOPS FORGOT TO CLEAN IT. SO I GOT DRESSED..WENT TO THE DESK AND TOLD THEM ITS DIRTY.....WHAT DO THEY DO BUT OFFER ME A CLEAN BED...I WAS SO DIGUSTED AFTER THE 35 MINUTES OF WASTING MY LUNCH HOUR OF TOURS, LOTIONS AND FINGERPRINTING I ASKED THEM TO DELETE MY INFORMATION AND FINGERPRINTS OUT OF THEIR SYSTEM...BUT THEY REFUSED. NO IM SORRY, NO CAN I MAKE IT UP TO YOU...AND AFTER THAT WHO WOULD WANT TO EVEN TRY ANOTHER BED...WITH 26 BEDS AND IM THE ONLY SOLE TANNING IN THEIR...THEY COULDNT PUT ME IN A CLEAN BED.
I REALLY FORBID ANYONE WASTE THEIR MONEY ON THIS PLACE. I TALKED TO MY CO WORKER WHO ALSO WENT THEIR AND SHE SAID THEY BEDS WERE NOT STRON AT ALL AND TO SPEND ALL THAT MONEY FOR A PLACE YOU WOULD HAVE TO TAN WEEKS AT TO SHOW ANY COLOR..WELL I DO NOT SUGGEST THIS UNSANITARY PLACE TO ANYONE. THEY STILL HAVE MY INFO IN THE COMPUTER AND I HAVE CONTACTED MY ATTORNEY ABOUT IT. IF I DIDNT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM OR TAN THERE IS NO REASON THEY NEED TO KEEP MY PERSONAL INFORMATION IN THEIR. THE ONLY THING LEFT TO SAY IS TRY IT AT YOUR OWN RISK. GOOD LUCK ITS RUDE SERVICE AND DIRTY BEDS

Over Priced And Weak Bulbs.......

I tried this salon last week and did not choose to buy a package. I got one week free, but it only took one time for me to decide not to return. They are 20 minute beds with the weakest bulbs. The bed was still cold when I got out and did not get any color out of it. I would not suggest or prefer this tanning salon over another in mentor which has the best beds Ive ever been in. - Michelle

I could not disagree more with what is being said. I went to tanline on monday, because a few friends of mine recently started tanning there. They looked really tan, and they told me to go there. I was tanning at Summer sun, but decided a change might be good. The workers there were very friendly and seemed to like their job. The girl put me in the computer ( which i understand, is something they need to do before tanning me.) She had me sign some papers that just allowed me to tan there, and then she took me on a tour.
Never before have i been toured at a tanning salon. It always "whats your last name?" in a very non-enthusiastic tone. But not here. The tour did not take 10 minutes, it probably took about 5. Any questions i had about the beds were answered, such as the diffference between a level one and a level four. After the tour, She put me in a level one bed, and I tanned in a bed that was PERFECTLY CLEAN, and i felt i got great color out of on the first time.
After i tanned, she explained all of their prices, told me whatever i wanted to do would be awesome, and i felt as though she truly cared about my experience. I had an amazing experience and will not tan anywhere else now. I have been tanning there for 3 days now and have already noticed a HUGE color difference in my skin! their beds are so much stronger than any other tanning salon i have ever tanned in.
I recommend tanline to anyone who is looking to tan, or looking to change salons. I guarantee that your experience and your tan will be well worth it!!

I went to Tanline Tanning Centers in Mentor ohio last week. I also had a 1 week free coupon to tan there. I had a wonderful experience when i was there. My visit to tanline was nothing but good!!!
Yes, i did receive a tour of the place as well, but it was not anything to get upset over, i have been tanning since i was 14, now 25, i have never been shown everything a salon has to offer until i went to tanline. I was impressed with all they know and all they shared with me about tanning and the different beds.
When all my info was being put into their computer they explained to me that they needed my licence because it required by Ohio law to have it in there. once again nothing to get upset about!!
When i was ready to go in the Tanning bed, they walked me back and showed me how to work everything!!! Totally cool because most of the time (even though i know how to tan) its like guess work figuring out a new bed lol but they took the guess work out!!!
After i was done tanning they explained to me all the specials and packages they had going on, and they had some pretty good deals, I got their unlimited package and i got all their higher level beds absolutely FREE!!!! Who doesnt love that!!! lol
So all in all Tanline in mentor was a nice, CLEAN, new fresh take on tanning, and from tanning at other places i can really noticed that they care about their customers and their beds were awesome!!!! I would suggest this new place to anyone who wants to have a good tanning experience!!! :) Rachael
