Around the last week of May. I called Tanner Kia to ask about buying a used Kia Sportage from them and if they had any used ones in stock. He introduced himself as Craig Taylor and said he did He had 3 in stock a 2000, 2003, 2001.

I Ask him what the price on the 2000 was and he said 8,995 I told him that was the one I would be interested in, so he made me a appointment for the following saturday to see it. I wanted to make sure he knew what my income was before I drove all the way down there, so I told him I got ssi , disability . He said that was no problem they had in house financing.

Saturday came around , my sister and brother-in-law picked me up to take me down there my appointment was at 12:00pm , but we did'nt know exactly where we were going so we were late. But finaly we made it. He took me and my sister too see the one I told him I was interested in. He did'nt have the key on him so he went to get them. My sister and I waited on him for like ten min. finally we walked back down, he said they could not find the keys to that perticulur sportage and that I wouldn't want it any way.

So he showed me a 2003 and I said I can't afford that . He said I'm pretty sure we can finance it for you.

I told him I wanted what I could afford. He still had no problem with it. So we went down to do the paper work. We got it all filled out me and my sister went outside to wait for him to let me know something. When he came out he said I would have to wait till monday the banks were closed. At the time it did'nt dawn on me that he said they had in house financing. So I went home and waited for what seemed to be forever for monday to come.

Monday finally was here and no call from Craig finally I called him that evening he said he had a conferance and somemore stuff going on that he would call me back later. He did not. I called again the next day,he told me then that becuse I was on SSI, Disability that if I chose not to make my payments they could'nt reposse the car. I don't think thats fair they judged me because of my income.
