Fabricated completely from David Chee, convicted in federal court for cyber stalking and subject of ongoing litigation in NY State Court
The author of the following report, David Chee, was arrested by the FBI and indicted for Cyberstalking and Identity Theft against Tanner & Ortega, L.L.P. and its partners Howard Tanner and Hugo Ortega. On February 7, 2018, he pleaded guilty and was sentenced by the Honorable Andrew L. Carter in United States District for the Southern District of New York for his crimes. As indicated in the attached Sworn Declaration, David Chee admitted that the following complaint to Ripoff Report was part of his continuing course of criminal activity against Tanner & Ortega, L.L.P. and its partners.”

I was injuried in a car accident so I hired Howard Tanner and Hugo Ortega Esq. Lawyers, LLP. to sue the other party. I won the lawsuit and was awarded $50,000 because of my injuries. I had lost my left foot due to this accident when the other car ran a red light.
