Tanning Bed of West Seneca NY Business Practices are very poor, and the company threatened to hurt my credit and turn my acount, that I did not know of, it over to a collection agency. Old Wegmans Plaza, Eastern Boulevard, Canandaigua New York

I had a one year contract with Tanning Bed in Canandaigua, NY and I never signed any contract, it was only a verble contract, that is what they told me, and there was no written documentation that was signed with Tanning Bed. Then after one year,the Tanning Bed contacted me to come in for a free tanning and I called the Customer Service No. at West Seneca, NY at 716-675-9500 and they explained to me that I owed money on my account. I did not know anything about having an extension of my contract with Tanning Bed and never received anything regarding owing any money to Tanning Bed that was due. The Customer Service Representative told me that if I did not pay the amount that was due on my account, that I was not aware of, that they were going to add an additional $10 to my account and then refer the account over to a Collection Agency. Under that threat, the bill was paid in full and that would cancel any further payments that were due against my account. The representative said that would cancel any more charges against my account. They did not send any information to me telling me that I had an open account with them and never sent any e-mails letting me know that anything was due.
