Complaint Review: Tara Skincare

Tara Skincare My product was ordered sept 4 , 2017, today it sept 30, 2017 I haven't received it. My numerous emails and phone calls have been unanswered. They cannot be contacted, but still accept orders and take your money. Check internet complaints on the company, this is happening with everyone now. I am a long time customer. What happened to them? California Internet

 I am a longstanding customer with Tara Skincare, in California. The transactions were always perfect. I ordered a product on 9/04/2017, today is 9/30/2017. No product, they can't be reached. I have called numerous times, I have sent numerous emails, they are unreadable. I see the online complaints for them. I seem to be one of many, all have the same problem. They are still taking your money if you order, but no products , or contacts happen. Since I am a longstanding customer they have my personal information! What happened to this company. I do know that when they originally started years ago the company was a small co. From China, I don't know if it changed hands since then.
