Attempted to return an opened unconfigured Nook Color, Only the box was opened; not the plastic encapsulated registration packet. The actual device was still wrapped in plastic and in mint condition. Customer no service return policy? According to Forbes.com, Target is not sure of it's return policy...

According to the target.com link it appears that it is returnable given there is no special note on my receipt...So Target... What is your new return policy? Did the Eugene, Oregon. Target on W11th get it right? If so you can kiss my business goodbye.
