I am a current Target employee and I am speaking for numerous employees. I have been with Target for four and a half years and the last two years i have witnessed and heared alot of thing.

We as a group feel that we can not go to our store managers or our Human Resource Department for the fear that we know it doesn't do us any good. I don't make enough to get a lawyer to help solve the issues that are going on. Even our District Office will blow you off.

We are seeing a alot of favortism, being threaten with write ups if something is not done, pushing of employess by our executives, men getting promotions over women, unfair reviews to excellent employees, scheduling eras-they are not following of availibilty sheets by employees, letting popular team members take credit applications out of store and getting apps. off the clock, people in general not being promoted within the store, keeping people in one area and not letting them move to different departments within the store, store manager and executives gossip about employees, sore manager doesn't like gays in his store. There are many more.

They choose to ignore these problems or they choose to not do anything about them. Several attempts have been made to our Corpoate office and we get a blow or labeled as a trouble maker. Alot of employees are not scared to speak up, we all just know that nothing will be done about these things.

I used to like going to work. I dread everyday i have to be there, and so do most of the others. We need some guidance.
