TARGET CORPORATION Target Corporation I ordered 2 Tom Tom Navigation units on the Friday after Thanksgiving. They were each $97, marked down from $250. On Dec 9, they canceled my order stating that they could no longer obtain it from the Internet

I ordered 2 Tom Tom Navigation units on the Friday after Thanksgiving. They were each $97, marked down from $250. On Dec 9, they canceled my order stating that they could no longer obtain it from the manufacturer. I spoke to several managers who could do nothing than apologize & state there was nothing that could be done. No one could explain why they stopped doing business with this manufacturer or why they couldn't work with Target Dept store (who had them in stock) to help with their issue. They didn't seem to comprehend that I could have went to other stores & saved $300. I tried to explain to them how they were losing my business because they do not have a policy for this, but it fell on deaf ears....exactly what you want in a customer service department. I have since gone to Amazon.com and got the units for a similar price.
