Target I wasn't allowed an even exchange for a defective DVD and it was still under 30 days Internet

I bought a DVD tv series set from target.com and found out their is a glitch on one of the discs because it was brand new and never been watched before. So I asked target.com for a refund or exchange and they would not honor a refund because it was opened, okay. Then they would not exchange it because they claim it was over 30 days, and it was not. I had received the DVD on 2/20/14 and reported it on 3/17/14. They have never resolved my problem so theirfore I was ripped off and I promised them I would never buy anything from their store or online again. They still did not care.

You should be able to print off a receipt that would allow you to do a return in the store. If you explain to the service desk what was wrong with it, they should be able to exchange it for you with no problem. As far as I know, the return policy for DVD's is still 90 days in the store, so you might have better luck there.
