Complaint Review: Target National Bank

I tried to get Target National Bank to lower their interest rate and set me up on a payment plan with an automatic payment from my checking account. They were totally unwilling to give any help at all. The interest rate they are charging me is 27.24%. The minimum payment is mostly interest so it will take me forever to pay the card off. They are milking every bit of money they can out of me. And after talking to them the lady eventually hung up on me. In these hard times they want me to by the crap in their stores but they want to make sure that I pay thru the nose for it. I will never shop at Target ever again. They make them selves out to be this great nice store that cares about the community they serve but all they really care about is ripping people off.I am going to make it my life's work to put them out of business.
