Target Point Media recently changed their name to Media Baby.  I called them for email marketing services in which they quoted a price that was far too good to be true.  This was my first red-flag that I should have ignored.  The sales rep quoted me a 3 email deployments to the same audience of very targeted businesses, and then a 4th email deployment to the click-thru's.  The quality was something like 17,000 total emails x 3, plus once again to the clicks for $600.  They didn't take credit card but paid to have my check FEDEX'd over night.  Again, big red flag.  I found them on Ripoffreport.com only after the check cleared.  Of course, I had no recourse so I told them I had several more much larger projects waiting if this one worked well.  I told them this in hopes that perhaps they'd treat me fairly on the first project so they could clean me on the later larger ones.

The first flight went out and my Google analyticals told me our site was pinged over 200 times the next day.  This was interesting because of all the hits to our site, we had no calls, no requests for more information, and no one from those 200 visitors went beyond the first page.  This tells me they just push an autobot to our site to make it appear that we've got visitors.  We did get 3 emails from people who were completely unrelated who we were told were emailed to.  Zero interest, zero sales.
The other 2 flights went out (not on time) and the same results/no results.
I called them and got the same run around as the other posts.  They can't accept credit cards because it doesn't fit their business model.
