Complaint Review: Target Point Media Walter Pits

Using buyerzone.com we were given a list of email marketers for an email donation campaign. A campaign in August with one of the other marketers was successful. For the November broadcast we decided to use Target Point Media.

The experience with Target Point Media was the exact opposite of our August broadcast. We should have realized that only accepting checks and not credit cards was the tip-off.

However, we needed to find donors to continue and feed the animals at the sanctuary and proceeded with Target Point.

Using web analytics we discovered that the first email broadcast never happened. Then when challenging about this Walter Pits at Target Point Media the communications stopped.

To date they never broadcast either of our two emails which were in the original invoice/billing.

The money lost on this could have feed the burros and horses at the sanctuary for a couple of days.
