Jacob Larson is a great customer service fraud agent. He will make you feel warm and fuzzy moving forward and then disapears. They won't answer your calls when nothing happens and there is no way to get the refund that is clearly stated you can do in the contract. The biggest fraud is that they can have a bank account with Bank of America and they won't do anything to repair the damages one of there bank account holders have caused. They protect their criminal account holder. B of A is a terrible bank for doing this.
These guys are the exact kind of people that are making this world such a terrible place. They will do anything to make a buck and don't care who they hurt in getting what they want. I hope things come back to them to show them how it feels. I just hope that when it does they get whats coming to them "PRISON TIME"
